嘗試螺旋式織法是出於好奇. 已經習慣平面式織法, 加針,減針. 卻不知道要怎麼轉彎. 整體來說轉角處是有點麻煩,但還是滿簡單的. 只是原本是要織踏腳墊. 一個不小心織成了正方形,只好再度幫抱枕換新衣....加油織背面那塊吧.
     

最近有點事情過不去. 牧師在台上講話, 一點也聽不進去. 直到他說了:
"If you try to protect your life, you lose focus. You will end up losing life. If you give up your life and live in God's word, you will gain your life back."
這應該就是"捨得". 放手捨棄,才會得到.

On our way to school today, Austin is asking for a birthday party later this month.  Andrew got very excited and started to plan "the surprise party" together with Austin 
Austin (excited): "Mom, I should have a party for my birthday "tomorrow" (meaning in the future when it comes).....!!"
Andrew (also excited): "YEAH... YEAH... Let's have a surprise party for Austin.  Dad will pick us (him and Angie) first.  We will decorate the house.  When Austin comes home, he will have the suprise party."

十年前的今天,我從醫院帶回一個女娃兒. 十年後.她從19吋長到比我肩頭還高;大腳直逼我的尺寸. 就連七年前的昨天生的小子也快讓我認不得了. 這到底是什麼状況?  

要來挑戰批肩  艱難的任務!!

這次養毛毛蟲的確是一個新的體驗! 不但小朋友學到新知識, 媽媽也近距離的看到美麗的蝴蝶!
3月17日
三隻毛毛蟲正式登陸我們家. 取名為: Samantha, Jay 和 Armarni. 小小的蟲蟲會吐細細的絲床. 不吃飯, 就窩在床上睡覺. 真叫人羨慕.
  

3月30日
毛毛蟲真是一眠大一寸. 才兩個星期, 肥大了許多.

希望自己不是個寵壞孩子的媽媽~~~~~

打從孩子出生開始，你就給他所有他要的東西，如此一來就算他以後長大成人，他還是倔強的認為所有的一切都是世界欠他的。

當孩子講出不得體的話甚至口出穢言，你卻只是笑了笑，這將會使他認為自己很可愛他的話很討喜，你的反應不外乎是鼓勵他下次再挑些更討喜的話來講。

Kids making mistakes are not suprising, but kids who made mistakes are afraid to tell me really hurts....... Today, I shared this video with all three of them.  Hopefully, they will realize that they can learn from their mistake even there is consequence to it:

自己也曾經是個都市小孩，現在又養了三個比我更沒見過世面的小孩。很希望帶他們去大自然裡走走，但是鎖事纏身的我們，總是在都市裡打轉。
昨天有機會帶了三隻毛毛蟲回家，孩子們都興奮得不得了。這些毛毛蟲是在一間專為小朋友設計的自然科學博物館裡領養的。本來想順便去裡頭逛逛，誰知天公不作美，陰冷不說，還下起滂沱大雨。再加上小小博物館好像也是針對小小孩而設計的。我們買到毛毛蟲之後，就照了幾張到此一遊的照片就離開了。
