It's our second day off this week.  I was wondering if we should go to Legoland since it's Thursday and my annual pass is only good for Thursdays.  Luckily, Angie said she wants to go see this movie "Up".  It truly is a lot easier than driving all the way to San Diego.

Again, we dropped off Andrew and Austin to school and babysitter, but it was still early.  No worries,... we went to a park on the way to walk around and play in the playground.  That's why I like Chino Hills so much.  I can find a park everywhere I turn.  Angie enjoyed her play, but also was amazed to see all the turles getting their sun tan..... Indeed, I would like to take a nap under the sun, too.

The movie she chose is “UP”, the new movie made by Disney and Pixar.  She told me that her classmate saw this movie many many many times.  The tone she used was very very very sour like she has never gone to any movie in her whole life.  Well, part of it is true.  I did bring her to the movie theater to see movie before… once…. and it was about 3 years ago.  So, here we go, the nice movie theater we have in town that we never put step in!!

The movie is about 78-year-old balloon salesman Carl Fredrickson, who finally fulfills his lifelong dream of a great adventure when he ties thousands of balloons to his house and flies to the wilds of South America.  But he discovers all too late that his biggest nightmare was stowed away on the trips: an overly optimistic 8-year old Wilderness Explorer named Russell.

I really enjoyed the movie because it has so much love in the movie.  The love between Carl and his wife really touched me.  After the movie, I asked Angie which part of the movie she likes the most.  She said she like the part when the ballon lifted the house.  She wanted to fly up like they do.  Me, too... guess it's a dream everyone would love to fulfill.

A very nice movice!!
