安琪, 安杰 與安廷的成長日記

On our way to school today, Austin is asking for a birthday party later this month.  Andrew got very excited and started to plan "the surprise party" together with Austin 

安廷的幼稚園每年在St. Patrick's Day 都會賣汽球，讓家長認購。我們這些望子成龍，望女成鳳的爸爸媽媽們，就可以把我們對他們的期許及祝福放進汽球裡，藉由小手把汽球送上天空的同時，我們心中的希望也隨著冉冉升空，期待它們有實現的一天。 

六歲半的安杰終於有一顆鬆動的牙了。 記得那天，他嚇的半死，我安慰了好久，連Tooth Fairy 都搬出來，他才不哭了。但是這幾天，不但他，連同安廷，都時不時要討論一下這散財天使。

今天晚上安廷又在玩~他假裝掉牙齒來換錢~的遊戲。一向懶得發尾音的小孩，嘴裡一直喊我 Too(th) Fai(ry). 美美的天使，一到他嘴裡，竟成了＂土匪＂.........

我們家的男生，一個比一個還像猴子。我那天是在洗床單，把被子放在地上。這小子自動把被子當作是他的專屬體操墊，自顧自地翻。老實說，我有點耽心他的小脖子。

現在這個社會講究天然，講究環保。就連蠟燭原料也不例外。要求高一些就用bee wax (蜜蠟），經濟實惠就用 soy wax (黃豆提煉的蠟吧）.

兩兄弟把房間弄得好像遭了小偷。
媽媽：＂你們又把房間弄得這麼亂！＂（高分貝）
安廷：＂不是我，是哥哥！＂ （撇清中）
媽媽：＂還說！你們就是狼狽為奸！你自己說！你是狼還是狽！＂（沒好氣）
安廷：＂嗯！狽呀！＂（滿確定地）
媽媽：＂你是狽！那哥哥是什麼？＂（無奈）
安廷：＂應該是狼吧！＂（很理所當然！）
天~~~~~~~~~~

小傢伙喜歡學哥哥姐姐。他們是他的超級偶像。他們説的每一句話，做的每一個動作都是他學習和模仿的範本。哥哥在我耳朵邊說句悄悄話，他也要有模有樣地在我耳朵旁咬几句不是小聲到完全不知道他在說什麼，就是聲量大似打雷的~~悄悄話！

今天他學的是~ ＂泡澡＂

這代表什麼呢？ 應該是我終於擺脫寶寶時期，正式成為媽媽而不再是＂馬麻＂了嗎？
安廷今天去學校沒有哭。實在出乎我意料之外。平時黏我像隻小無尾熊。情緒不好就耍賴又罷道。今天居然這麼合作！！ 大概他等這一天真的等很久了。 不知道真實的學校和他想像的有什麼不一樣？ 問他學校怎樣，他的回答天南地北，完全沒有頭緒。聽老師說他吃得好，睡得好。醬應該就夠了罷~~~

Amanda's little brother was born in April.  Typically, time goes very fast when it's not happening to myself.  It seems like other kids are always growing faster.... friend's pregnancy is always shorter than my own.  For Amanda's little brother, the situation is actually twisted.  It could be because her mommy's tummy is really small.  Or she told us about the pregnancy way too early.  My reaction when hearing about their party for their little new born baby is --- "FINALLY" --- or maybe I have longing to go their party for too long!!  Who knows!!

一直都在教安廷英文字母, 他也很有興趣跟我唸. 但是自從他會數數後, 英文字母 "E" 和 "F" 就出現問題. 昨天我們照常唸著英文字母. 從 "A" 開始一直到 "E"

我唸 "E, E, E" 他也唸 "E, E, E" 唸完 "E" 自然就是 "F"

Austin is turning 2 today.  I remember the day he was born.  I had an unexpected operation because of him.  It wasn't pleasent, but the result was fine.  I have another boy.  I didn't know what was going to happened, but I know now.  I had another 2 years of sleeepless nights.  Even now, he wouldl wake up and looking for me if I am not in his bed.  Even I am in his bed, I have to pat him for him to go back to sleep...... I just couldn't believe it.  I need my sleep back!!

Austin likes to play with his food especially in favor of putting his food in his hair. Unfortunately, we had rice noodle for lunch and this is what he had done.....
