When a local yarn store close to my office closed earlier this year, I went over and bought some yarns that I have no idea what to do with..... hahaha......

Among all the yarns in the bag, I decided to use the pink cotton yarn to make a skirt for Angie. It's a simple design.... simple enough for me to work on. I have made several longies/pants for Austin, but not yet really something for Angie and Andrew. Although I did make a pair of gloves for Angie, but pink yarn is probably still better for girl vs boy. Ummm.... I guess I will have Andrew wait for a little longer for him to get his own item from me.

It didn't take me that long to finish the skirt even I had problem understanding the pattern. I also had to adjust the pattern a little because of Angie's skinny waist. I tried to change the skirt waist size to accommodate Angie's tiny waist but forgot to leave the room for her hip. I almost wanted to rip it because I was afraid the skirt might be too small. It turned out to be fine and I really like the spiral style on her. She seems to like it as well. The only downside on finishing the project is the question on what to make for Andrew now...... such a life.
